Private Coding Tutor, Top Salary £150-200 gross per hour

A private family is looking for an exceptional coding tutor to work with their 10-year-old. This is a rare opportunity for a tech-savvy educator who can turn curiosity into real skill. They should be equally comfortable explaining the fundamentals and introducing the latest tools and should make every session engaging.

The Role

  • Delivering one-to-one coding sessions tailored to the child’s age, ability and interests

  • Building a structured learning path, progressing from block-based coding to text-based languages such as Python or JavaScript

  • Introducing current technologies, including AI tools, game design, robotics and app development, in an age-appropriate way

  • Guiding hands-on projects that give the child something tangible to build and be proud of

  • Providing regular progress updates to the parents


The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience teaching coding, ideally in a private tutoring or school setting

  • Strong technical background, with current knowledge of the latest languages, platforms and tech trends

  • Patient, energetic and able to make complex concepts simple and fun

  • Polished, reliable and discreet, with experience working in private households an advantage


Location: Family based in Monaco
Rate: £150–£200 gross per hour, DOE
