Hybrid Executive Assistant, London – UHNW Tech Entrepreneur £75-£95K GPA
Exceptional opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support a highly successful UHNW tech entrepreneur within a fast-paced, buzzy environment. You will be joining a small, highly collaborative team of 3 (the Chief of Staff, a junior PA and yourself) within a dynamic and exciting tech environment, with excellent camaraderie and a strong team culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on a buzzy varied and high energy environment. You will be primarily responsible for diary management and travel as well as lifestyle logistics. Plans change last minute, and a good attitude and a smile while juggling shifting priorities is what were looking for. The Principal travels extensively, so the successful candidate will manage a complex and demanding diary, extensive international travel and a broad range of lifestyle requirements from personal shopping to last minute medical appointments, restaurant reservations etc.
The office is in Central London and you can work 2 days from home, bearing in mind the Principal’s movements. E.g. If the principal is in the US, you may work US hours from home all week, if the principal is in the London office, you will be in the office that week.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are constantly reassessed and managed effectively.
Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and detailed itineraries.
Managing last-minute changes and unexpected requests calmly and efficiently.
Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and requests, often working to tight deadlines.
Being comfortable with rolling with the punches and owning priorities shifts at very short notice.
Providing out-of-hours support when required.
Possible future travel with the Principal further down the line, when required
The ideal Candidate will thrive in a busy environment and will have experience supporting an entrepreneur, UHNW individual, CEO, founder or similarly demanding Principal would be advantageous, but we are open to candidates with different levels of experience if they demonstrate the right attitude, capability and potential.
Salary: £75,000–£95,000 gross per year depending on experience
Hours: generally 3 days in office, 2 days from home, but with flexibility required (could be 5 days from home when principal is travelling or could be 5 days in office when principal is in the office full time)
Reporting to: Chief of Staff
Availability: ASAP but will wait a notice period for the ideal candidate
