Estate & Vineyard Manager, Ibiza, €80k+ GPA + Accommodation, car and relocation package
Have you built your career at a respected winery or estate and want to take on something bigger?
We're recruiting for a private client in Ibiza who has recently acquired a significant estate: three neighbouring residences set within a growing property with a vineyard, olive grove and farmland. Alongside developing the residences, the client wants the land to earn its keep, producing wine, olive oil and other quality produce that can be sold.
You'll be the practical, hands-on lead on the ground, running the estate day to day while helping to shape what it becomes.
The role
Develop and manage the vineyard and olive grove, including this year's olive harvest
Turn the land's potential into saleable produce and new income streams
Run the residences and grounds, with new projects underway (spa, sports facilities, security upgrades)
Stay hands-on; out on the estate, not behind a desk
Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets and teams
About you
Background at a well-regarded winery, vineyard or agricultural estate
Entrepreneurial, practical and resourceful, with a commercial eye for what the land can produce
Hands-on experience in vineyard and/or olive grove operations
Comfortable with repairs, systems and machinery, and confident managing contractors and projects
Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
Private estate, hospitality or project management experience is a bonus
