Senior Rota Nanny, Dubai, £90,000–£100,000 GPA

Our UHNW client is looking for an exceptional Senior Rota Nanny to care for their young child, working 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off on a live-in basis within a fully staffed private household. While on duty, the role provides 24/7 cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced career nanny who is confident with toddlers and genuinely passionate about supporting a child through the next stages of their development.

Candidates must have strong, recent experience caring for children aged 1 year and over, previous rota experience, and be comfortable working within a fully staffed household. A professional, discreet and flexible approach is essential.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a rota nanny position
Strong, recent experience with children aged 1 year+
A relevant childcare or educational qualification
Comfortable living in and providing 24/7 cover while on rotation
A warm, professional and proactive approach
The flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules
Excellent references from comparable UHNW or private household roles
Spanish and English speaking

Salary: £90k–£100k gpa, DOE
Schedule: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
Start: 1st  December
