House Manager / PA – UHNW Principal, Knightsbridge £85-92K gpa

We are looking for a seriously switched-on House Manager / PA to become the right hand to a busy UHNW Principal in Knightsbridge.

This is a role for a real operator – someone who is naturally 10 steps ahead, thick-skinned, highly organised and completely unflappable. You could be coordinating a large-scale party one minute and dealing with the everyday demands of a busy, state-of-the-art household the next. You need to genuinely enjoy juggling multiple moving parts and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the residence, including all typical House Manager responsibilities, managing and overseeing a small household team, HR matters, rotas, contractors, maintenance, suppliers and ensuring the house is always operating exactly as it should.

There is also a strong PA element to the position, supporting the Principal with a variety of personal requirements, shopping, errands and ad hoc requests. Nothing should be considered too big or too small – we are looking for someone who rolls their sleeves up and simply gets things done.

The Principal travels abroad during the school holidays, during which time you will remain in London. The pace naturally quietens when the family is not in residence, giving you the opportunity to get ahead with maintenance, projects and anything that needs addressing before their return.

The core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm, although flexibility is essential and you should be comfortable being contacted outside of working hours when required.

This is an exciting, incredibly varied position for someone who loves working at pace, takes real ownership of their role and wants to become an indispensable right hand to their Principal.

Location: Knightsbridge, London
