Travelling House Manager / Head of Household, Dubai-based, up to AED 35,000 per month

We are delighted to be recruiting a Travelling House Manager for a private family based in Dubai who travel extensively. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role for an exceptionally organised and proactive professional who will act as Head of Household across both properties, travelling with the family and ensuring each home runs seamlessly.

Working directly with the Principal, you will oversee the household team, maintain consistent standards across both residences, and ensure smooth transitions as the family moves between locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinating all household staff

Work closely with the Principal, anticipating needs and managing priorities

Ensure consistency of service, standards and routines across both properties

Plan and oversee smooth household transitions between Dubai and Gibraltar

Maintain 2 main residences, coordinating contractors, repairs and preventative maintenance

Ensure household vehicles are maintained, serviced and ready for use

Oversee day-to-day household operations, schedules and logistics

Adapt to the needs of the household week to week

Requirements

Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager or Head of Household in a private UHNW household

Experience working directly with a Principal

Strong staff management and leadership skills

Exceptionally efficient, organised and detail-focused

Flexible and willing to travel with the family

Discreet, professional and adaptable

Schedule:Schedule: 48 hours per week across 5 days with flexibility depending on the household’s schedule each week.

Start: ASAP

Salary: up to AED 35,000 net per month
