Studio Manager – New Luxury Yoga & Wellness Studio, Notting Hill £50-60K GPA

We are looking for a switched-on, commercially minded Studio Manager to help launch and run a stunning new luxury yoga and wellness studio, opening in the next two months in one of London’s coolest areas. You will work closely with the Studio Director, where there is significant scope for career progression and the opportunity to truly make the role your own as the business grows and further studios open.
This is a role for someone dynamic, ambitious and immaculately presented, with a warm, smiley presence. You will be naturally 10 steps ahead, highly organised and completely unflappable. You could be welcoming a VIP client one minute and setting up a brand activation the next.

Joining ahead of launch, you will have the rare opportunity to help shape the studio from day one and bring plenty of ideas to the table. You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the studio, including managing and supporting the front-of-house team and teaching roster, rotas, timetabling and cover, bookings, suppliers, maintenance and ensuring every client experience meets the highest luxury standards. Business savvy is key – you will help drive membership sales and retention, keep a close eye on the numbers and support brand partners who use the space for activations and events.
The studio has a genuine purpose at its heart, with profits going to charity. Philanthropy runs through the culture, from team volunteering days to a vibrant community programme of book club, run club, yoga and a host of other fun and interesting clubs – which you will help to organise and grow.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Ideally come from a high-end yoga, wellness or luxury hotel background at managerial level.

  • Have a real understanding of luxury expectations and have confidence to hold their own in the wellness industry.

  • Have experience within / exposure to UHNW world.

  • Have a genuine passion for yoga.

This is an exciting, incredibly varied position for someone who loves working at pace, takes real ownership of their role and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Start: Ahead of launch in the next two months
Location: Notting Hill, London
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 GPA DOE
Job Ref: SB2706
