**2 week on/off Rota Nanny in Washington DC, $$$**

Our super friendly, caring, highly recommended clients have recently relocated from London to Washington DC and are looking to hire a rota nanny to care for their 3 young children (4, 3 and 10 months old) The staff we placed with them in London stayed with them for years and were treated like family. There will be a small team of staff at the house, so great teamwork is very important. We are looking for someone friendly, with good emotional intelligence who is easy to get along with. Good communication and working closely with mum are key. She is absolutely lovely!
 
Accommodation available: Ensuite bedroom and bathroom with separate entrance and own living space, within the main house which is very large.

There will be occasional travel within the US and to Europe.
The family have a small friendly dog who is very much adored by the children.

 If you have a second language, that will be very beneficial!

 Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the USA

• Checkable references and background check a MUST

• Ideally bilingual, Spanish, Italian or French a huge plus

• Driver (preferable but not required) and competent swimmer (must)

• Experienced, collaborative , nurturing and full of energy

• Able to work in sole/shared charge and within a team

• Discreet, loyal and committed

 
Start Date: ASAP (will consider candidates with notice periods)
Salary: $150k gpa DOE and previous earnings
