Private Chef w strong Italian Cuisine, South Kensington & Travel, circa £80K gpa + DOE

A lovely UHNW family based in South Ken is seeking a chef particularly well versed in Italian cooking to join their household. This is a relatively relaxed position compared to many private chef roles in that lunches are not typ8ically required during the week, only weekends, and weekends typically only include lunch and dinner, no breakfast. However, there does need to be flexibility.  The role is currently 5 days a week Wednesday to Sunday (Monday-Tuesday), but when travelling, it will be up to 6 days and up to 60 hours per week. Flexibility is key 

Requirements
•    Previous experience as a Private Chef.
•    Strong background in Italian cuisine, with versatility across international dishes.
•    Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to adjust schedules to family needs.
•    Friendly, warm, discreet, and proactive, able to both follow instructions and take initiative.
•    Willingness to travel.

Salary & Package
•    Salary: £80,000 gpa + DOE.
•    Base schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (approx. 5 days), with flexibility for up to 6 days during travel/summer.
•    Up to 60 hours per week; up to 10 hours per day, split across up to 6 days per week when required
•    28 days’ paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
•    Short-term accommodation support for candidates relocating to London.
•    Accommodation and vehicle provided when traveling with the family.
