Junior Nanny Recruitment Consultant, Knightsbridge, competitive salary + commission

Silver and Bow is a bespoke Nanny and Household Staff Recruitment Agency working with the most discerning clients in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join the team and support us with administrative tasks, candidate resourcing and marketing. The role offers a unique opportunity to learn the daily operations of a leading agency and gain experience in a busy and fast-moving office where no two days are the same!

Everyday duties will include:
• Categorising and entering data from incoming CVs
• Pre-screening candidates - flagging CVs that satisfy our open roles
• Liaising with candidates
• Collating documentation from candidates and updating internal systems
• Organising interviews
• Managing job advert campaigns and helping to curate engaging content
• Understand client recruitment needs and develop initiatives to source suitable candidates.
• Ad hoc projects and tasks, as required

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous household Nanny experience
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary
• Strong motivation and a proactive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Natural problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Adaptability to our processes and systems
