Ex Yacht Front of House / Housekeeper / House Manager £80K DOE

An UHNW client based in Central London is seeking an experienced ex-yacht professional to join their household team at a brand new residence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong service background whether in front of house, flower arrangements, or silver service gained in a luxury yacht environment or a private household setting.

This role requires someone ready to step up into a managerial position, taking responsibility for overseeing the household team, managing daily schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of the entire residence, including housekeepers, drivers, and other support staff. The right person will be confident being hands on while also stepping up to lead and support the team as needed.

We are looking for someone with exceptional hosting skills who can confidently welcome and serve guests at both intimate dinners and larger events, delivering five star service to UHNW principals and their guests.

This position would suit an ex Chief Stew or someone from a similar high level yacht or hospitality background who is ready to transition into a household management role.

Working days: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend hours when the family entertains

Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: £80,000 DOE
