Handyman, Kensington – Up to £55k GPA

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Handyman / Maintenance professional to join a UHNW household in Kensington. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful high-end property, helping with household maintenance while also lending a hand with light gardening duties. The ideal candidate will enjoy a varied role, working in a family-friendly environment and taking pride in keeping the home and grounds in top condition.

Duties and responsibilities:

General household maintenance and repairs, including plumbing and fixing a variety of issues around the home.

Building and assembling toys or furniture as needed.

Maintaining exterior areas, including jet-washing patios and other hard surfaces.

Light gardening duties, including trimming hedges, planting flower beds, and watering plants. (Training/support can be provided if you do not have gardening experience.)

Supporting the household and family with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman, gardener, or driver in private household setting, hotel, or comparable environments.

Strong practical skills across maintenance, repairs, and general DIY tasks.

Comfortable assisting with light gardening duties.

Professional, discreet, and family-friendly.

Flexible, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Days/hours: Monday to Friday early (with occasional weekends)

Salary: Up to £55k gpa

Start: ASAP or willing to consider candidates with up to 1 month notice
