We are looking for an experienced nanny with a really good understanding of child psychology and early years to look after a lovely 3 year old little boy. He can be quite sensitive, particularly at first, so its important the candidate is calm, playful and wins him over early on to establish a good bond. The little boy thrives in an environment with a good routine where boundaries are in place. Both parents are present and like to be involved. At the same time, they listen to the nanny's recommendations to help you establish a good bond with him early on so communicating effectively with them is important. This is a highly recommended role with a lovely, caring, polite and generous family. You will not be required to cook in this role as there is a chef in place.
Emotional maturity and intelligence are very important for this position as is the ability to work as a team. The family also have an 8 month old baby who will be cared for by a maternity nurse for the foreseeable future so your focus will be on the 3 year old however you must be OK to care for the younger baby girl from time to time as well.


•    Only candidates with a deep understanding of child psychology, or Early Years will be considered
•    Travel with the family (Up to 10-12 weeks per year)
