Private Chef with excellent repertoire of Indian cuisine, Central London – Up to £80k GPA depending on experience

We’re looking for a talented chef with a real passion for Indian vegetarian cuisine to join a private household in Central London.
You’ll be creating healthy, fresh, and beautifully presented daily meals for a couple, working from a professional private kitchen. While the focus is mainly on Indian vegetarian dishes, the principals enjoy variety, so you’ll also have the chance to showcase other cuisines and plan creative weekly menus with them.
The couple entertain regularly, so flexibility is key. Lunch is usually served around 12:30–1:30pm and dinner between 7:00–8:00pm, with a typical start time of 10:00–10:30am. Waiting staff will assist during service so you can focus fully on the food.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Menu planning
• Preparing daily meals
• Provisioning
• Stock management

Days/hours: 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00/10:30am – 8:00/8:30pm

Salary: £60k - £80k GPA

Start: ASAP or willing to consider candidates with up to 1 month notice
