**1 week on/off Rota nanny, 4 month old twins, Notting Hill £ SOA**

We are looking for a top rota nanny for our client’s 4 month old twins. Both parents work and are looking for someone they can entrust to take ownership whilst they are away. They are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable and is looking for longevity. They want someone to stay with them for a very long time and strong moral compass. The parents don’t want screens introduced at such a young age, and they want their children to be brought up to be polite so kind discipline is important. The children should be explained as they grow, why certain things are not appropriate. We are looking for someone warm who will feel they are part of the household and has a muck in attitude. This is not a fully staffed household with countless staff, it’s a small tight knit team. You will be responsible for typical nursery duties from tidying up their rooms, doing their laundry and meal preparation when not prepared by the housekeeper/cook. 

The children are sleeping through the night and it is important that you are routine focussed and be an expert in Early Years to stay with the children as they grow and develop. In a few months’ you will move to sleep in the room next to the children with the monitor, rather than in the same room as you.

Travel: family travel in total 6-7 weeks a year, not extensively so this will be shared amongst the 2 rota candidates
