Rota Nanny/Tutor – Bahamas (USD $100,000–$130,000/year DOE)

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded Tutor/Nanny to join a warm and well-established family based in the Bahamas. The role follows a 1-month on/off rotation and involves working with two bright and curious children – a 7-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Math and Algebra, with a strong academic background and the ability to tutor across a broad range of subjects, including history, science, and literature, tailored to each child’s level. Equally important is the ability to engage the children in creative play, sports, and age-appropriate activities that balance education with fun.

The family travels frequently during school holidays – including to the US, Europe, and other global destinations – and is seeking a candidate who is organized, proactive, and skilled at planning routines, educational sessions, and enriching outings.
