Nutritionist Chef (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Diet for Children), £350/day

From now till end of August with possibility to extend.
5 days/2 days off a week – 10 / 12 hour days.
Central London and Surrey depending on family location.

We are looking for a nutritionist chef with experience in preparing vegan meals for children, specialising in gluten-free and dairy-free diets.

You will also need to be happy pitching in with the wider team which will involve handling and cooking meat so you do need to be versatile and able to help across the different kitchen areas.

Requirements:
•            Experience as a chef and nutritionist, preferably focused on children’s nutrition.
•            In-depth knowledge of vegan diets, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free diets.
•            Ability to create balanced menus for children, considering the exclusion of gluten and dairy products.
•            Ability to work with children and consider their dietary preferences and needs.

•            Responsibility, organisation, neatness, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:
•            Develop and prepare vegan meals for children, excluding gluten and dairy products.
•            Create balanced menus considering children’s dietary needs.
•            Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
•            Adhere to hygiene standards
