Tutor/Educator – Bahamas £££££

5 days per week with 2 days off during the week (approx. 30 hours a week)
Accommodation: Separate apartment provided 

Exciting opportunity has arisen for a tutor/educator to work with a 7 year old girl and a 10 year old boy in the Bahamas. The children are bright and curious and the client is looking for someone who will take responsibility for their academic progress and holistic educational enrichment. For example if you go fishing with them, you can teach them about the different fish, oceans… If you go golfing, you can teach them about the history of the sport etc. The client is looking for someone who can also support the boy for the next 2 years through science, math etc so the successful candidate will need to be strong on these subjects at secondary school level. 

You will have your days off during the weekdays and will work max 30 hours (though likely less during term time as there is only so much time during the week the children can do learning outside of school). You will also be expected to travel with the family over some school holidays and you will have July and August off (paid), with  an airline ticket back home covered once a year.

The family are very welcoming, treat their staff like family and take great care of them so it is a highly recommended role for someone looking for a change.
