Live Out Housekeeper, Burford, The Cotswolds, £38k GPA

We have an excellent opportunity available for a housekeeper who is seeking to transition to the private industry.

A HNW family are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their household team. You will be working in a team of one other housekeeper and a head housekeeper and will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of the residence, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the family and their guests. This would be the perfect role for someone who has worked in 5* hotels or in luxury hospitality,

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.

Care for delicate fabrics, ironing, and wardrobe organisation.

Ensure all rooms are tidy, well-stocked, and beautifully presented.

Support the household during events, ensuring seamless service and presentation.

Follow instructions and schedules to ensure smooth household operations.

Monitor and replenish cleaning products, linens, and household essentials.

Assist with shopping, deliveries, and other household tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a HNW or luxury household preferred.

Discreet, professional, and highly organised.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Flexible and adaptable to the household’s needs.

Ability to work efficiently under direction while also taking initiative.

Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends in rotation with the team.

Salary: £38k GPA

Start: ASAP (willing to consider up to 1 month notice period)
