Junior Personal Assistant, London circa £45,000–£50,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior PA to join a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting a busy principal. Working closely with the Senior PA, you'll be the extra pair of hands that helps ensure everything runs smoothly, both at the office and across the households.

This is a varied role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who is highly capable, resilient, and unflappable. We're looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who can handle challenges with confidence, think on their feet, and quietly get things done. You’ll be someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in being dependable, efficient, and solutions-focused no matter what the issue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payments: Managing payments and expenses using Xero software.

  • Household Management: Ensuring the smooth running of all household operations from utilities and maintenance to staff.

  • Inventories: Creating and maintaining a comprehensive household and storage inventory system, ensuring everything is accounted for and organised.

  • Travel Arrangements: Researching and preparing detailed itineraries, including all logistical planning for both business and personal travel.

  • Personal Shopping: Sourcing, collecting, and purchasing items as needed — including creating thoughtful, bespoke gifts

  • General Support: Assisting the Senior PA with administrative and logistical support as needed.

    Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly professional, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure.

  • Smart, polite, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.

  • A person who sees no job as too minor if it helps the team succeed.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of handling tasks with minimal direction.

  • Previous PA or similar high-level support experience required

  • Degree Educated (preferred)
