**Private Chef with an excellent repertoire of Asian cuisine, Notting Hill, circa £70k DOE**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Private Chef to join a warm, welcoming family who have recently relocated from Singapore to Notting Hill. They’re looking for someone with a strong background in Asian cuisine—particularly Chinese—along with experience in Mediterranean and other fresh, flavour-packed dishes.
You’ll be preparing lunch and dinner five days a week, with occasional weekends. The family has four children, so you'll need to be comfortable preparing family-style meals, including options for younger eaters.
The ideal candidate will be confident across a range of cuisines and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. A warm, friendly attitude is essential, along with professionalism, flexibility, and discretion in a private household.
They’re also looking for someone familiar with the best food suppliers and markets in Notting Hill and able to keep a well-organised, efficient kitchen.

Duties include:
•    Creating weekly menus using seasonal produce and variety
•    Preparing fresh, daily meals (lunch and dinner)
•    Catering to both adults and children with healthy, delicious meals
•    Handling shopping, ingredient sourcing, and food budgeting
•    Maintaining a clean, well-organised kitchen

Schedule: 5 days/week, approx. 10:30am–7:30pm (some flexibility required)
Start: ASAP
Salary: Around £70k, depending on experience
