**Lead Housekeeper, Knightsbridge - £55k - £60k GPA depending on experience**

We’re looking for a strong Lead Housekeeper to join a fantastic UHNW household in Knightsbridge. If you have a solid background in housekeeping, enjoy leading a team, and take pride in maintaining high standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee a team of 4 housekeepers, working closely with the House Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We need someone who’s knowledgeable, takes initiative, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team. A good eye for detail and the ability to work well with others is also essential.

Duties:

Oversee a team of 4 housekeepers, ensuring high standards are maintained

Perform daily cleaning, laundry, and ironing tasks

Care for delicate materials and fine furnishings

Help train new staff and ensure they adhere to household standards

Organise staff rotas and manage scheduling

Work closely with the House Manager to ensure smooth household operations

There will be some travel to Monaco in the summer, typically around 4 weeks in July.

Days of work: 5 days on/2 days off, with 1 weekend off per month

Hours: 45 hours per week, 9am – 6pm

Start: ASAP or willing to consider candidates with up to a 1 month notice period
