Our client, an UHNW family in London, is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their private home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step into private household work or take their existing experience to the next level.

We are looking for someone with experience in top kitchens, whether that’s Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury yachts, or private households. You’ll be a team player, working closely alongside the family’s existing chef and supporting a high standard of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping the head chef prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Assisting with menu prep, cooking, plating, and service.

  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

  • Supporting kitchen setup, inventory, and stock management.

  • Helping with private events and dinners for the family and guests.

  • Preparing simple, nutritious meals for household staff.

  • Always showing a willingness to learn and adapt.


There may be some travel involved. 
 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7/8am  - 6/7pm 
Salary: £60k  - £70k GPA depending on experience 
Start: ASAP
