£ 60K GPA, Residential Security Officer – Night Shift (Kensington)

Schedule: ROTA 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour shifts (8pm–8am)
Salary:PAYE, £50-60K gpa DOE

We are seeking a vigilant, dependable, and discreet security professional to support a UHNW household in central London during night hours. You will be entrusted with safeguarding the property through proactive patrols, close monitoring of security systems, and rapid response to any incidents while the family rests. Maintaining a safe and secure environment is your absolute priority.

Requirements

SIA Close Protection licence (legal requirement).

Live within a commutable distance of Kensington.

Understand that privacy, discretion, and trust are paramount when representing the family.

Proven long-term commitment in a similar position.

Academically astute and computer literate.

Fit, active, and team-oriented with a positive outlook.

Night Shift Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the property throughout the night, ensuring full perimeter and internal security coverage.

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and detection systems, identifying any potential threats or breaches.

Respond swiftly and calmly to night-time security incidents or emergencies.

Report suspicious activities or safety concerns via appropriate channels.

Provide detailed, comprehensive handovers each morning to the day team and Family Close Protection Officers.

Manage security and household systems from the control room, escalating faults or concerns.

Record and report all observations and incidents, no matter how small, following site protocols strictly.

Support essential estate tasks as required during quieter periods.
