Head Housekeeper, Central London - Circa £55k GPA

Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00

Fantastic opportunity for a top Head Housekeeper to join an UHNW family in Central London. This is a hands-on role, leading a small team of housekeepers and working alongside the House Manager. You’ll take a hands-on approach to keeping the house in excellent order, managing cleaning, wardrobe care, and overall household organisation. Dog lovers welcome—two lovely dogs are part of the household!

We are looking for a proactive, polished professional with exceptional standards who thrives in a leadership role with hands-on duties.

Experience in cooking and/or driving would be a welcome bonus.

Duties to include:

Lead, supervise, and train a small housekeeping team

Maintain daily cleaning to the highest standards

Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

Light cooking

Support household organisation and ad hoc errands

Liaise with the House Manager, family, and wider household staff

Requirements:

Proven experience in private households

Exceptional attention to detail and high standards

Experience training and mentoring junior staff

Professional, discreet, and proactive approach

Drivers license (bonus)

Days/hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00

Salary: Circa £55K GPA, with the potential for a higher salary for experienced candidates.

Candidates may be required to provide evidence of previous earnings as part of the application process.
