Head Housekeeper, Holland Park – Up to £65k GPA

Exciting opportunity for an experienced head housekeeper to join a beautiful brand new property in Holland park. With a new team in place, the perfect time to come on board and help implement high standards. You’ll oversee a small team of housekeepers, working under a house manager and will be responsible for staff rotas, holiday and training. This is a hands-on role involving daily housekeeping and the care of antiques, art and fine finishes. The family also have a countryside property where they spend time over school holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a team of housekeepers in an UHNW residence

• Strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills

• Confident, calm and approachable team leader

• Experience creating staff rotas, training and overseeing daily operation

• Skilled with fine fabrics, antiques, and finishes

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills

• Flexible, discreet, and service-focused attitude

Days/hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am -5:30pm

Salary: Up to £65k gpa
