***House Manager, Holland Park, £80k - £85k GPA***

An exceptional House Manager is needed for a UHNW family based in Holland Park. You’ll play a key role in establishing and running their newly renovated London home, ensuring everything operates smoothly from day one. The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience, be comfortable providing family-style service, and bring solid expertise in setting up and maintaining a high-end household. Experience managing or overseeing an art collection would be a real plus.

You should be confident with technical and administrative tasks, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and related systems. This position requires a hands-on, organised leader who can manage a small household team and ensure the home runs seamlessly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the final stages of renovation, including contractor liaison, snagging, and O&M documentation.

  • Manage household staff and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and suppliers as needed.

  • Organise and supervise events and front-of-house service.

  • Handle household budgeting, cash flow, and general administration.

  • Maintain accurate inventories of household items, equipment, wine, and warranties.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior household or hospitality management role.

  • Proven longevity and stability in previous positions.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Confident with technology and administrative systems (Excel, Teams, etc.).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.


Salary: £80k - £85k depending on experience
Days: Monday to Friday with some flexibility to work weekends when required (approx. 15 per year)
