House Manager, Dubai, circa €5,000/AED 20,000 per month + apartment, car & driver

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and grounded House Manager to support a private Principal newly settled in Dubai.

The Principal, currently based in Jumeirah Golf Estates, is looking for someone calm, capable, and respectful, a professional who can take ownership of household management with quiet efficiency.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the home, managing maintenance (including electricians and contractors), staff coordination, inventories, and household budgets. Common sense, good judgment, and the ability to follow direction are essential, this is a household that values discretion, simplicity, and mutual respect.

The position offers a blend of remote and on-site working, as the Principal prefers a peaceful home environment and minimal daily presence from staff. You’ll step in as needed, ensuring the property runs smoothly without being intrusive.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have prior experience working in Dubai and understand local suppliers and standards

• Be a good listener, able to take direction

• Hold a UAE driving licence and be comfortable driving themselves when required

• Be approachable, trustworthy, and quietly professional

Package: €5,000/AED 20,000 per month + apartment, car & driver provided.
