Estate Management Couple, Tuscany, Italy, Competitive package depending on experience

Our client is seeking a dynamic couple to join their growing estate team in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The Estate is undergoing an extensive programme of development which will create a boutique hotel style community with vineyard and state of the art facilities. There are currently 3 completed villas which are used by the family but also rented out. In addition to hospitality duties, you will contribute to the overall running of the estate through problem-solving, repairs, budget management, and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Maintain and repair villas, sourcing local experts when necessary for electrical, plumbing, and other specialised repairs.

·       Make suggestions for improvements to enhance guest experiences and manage budgets accordingly.

·       Manage cleaning, gardening, and pool staff, ensuring high standards and cost-effectiveness.

·       Act as concierge, assisting guests with arrival plans, arranging local activities, and providing support throughout their stay.

·       Organise local transportation and solve routine guest problems promptly.

Requirements:

·       A couple, fluent in both Italian and English.

·       Excited about living on-site at our estate and becoming integral members of our community.

·       10+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, property management, and facilities maintenance.

·       Basic computer literacy, budgeting skills, and supplier management experience.

·       Clean driving licence.
