*Top Calibre Temp Summer Chef required for UHNW Couple, London and USA, up to equivalent of £100k gpa (pro rata) depending on experience*  

Silver and Bow are looking for a top calibre Temp Summer Chef to prepare clean, fresh meals on a daily basis for an adult couple who split their time between their property in Notting Hill, London and the US, for the period of May – September 2024.

 

You will be responsible for preparing lunch and dinner daily, both including 3 courses. The focus must be on light, high quality, organic produce from good suppliers that is exquisitely presented.

 

They would like someone relaxed and easy going who will be able to change tack if a different dish is requested. Some Michelin restaurant experience as well as private family experience is required.

 

The role will likely be structured as follows: June (in London), then July, August through to Labor Day (Sept 4th) in the Hamptons (Watermill, NY). They would probably want a trial in London, so could be May through to Labor Day.

When in residence, you will work for longer stretches, taking a chunk of time off but it will be largely dependent on the family’s movements and social calendar.

The family are very organised so any travel plans are made well in advance, menus are prepared for the week ahead and there is always plenty of warning if there are extra guests.

 

The role calls for someone who is able to travel between the US and UK. You will spend the majority of the summer at their property in the Hamptons and the rest of the time will be spent in London and occasionally New York City.

 

In the Hamptons, you will be provided with accommodation in a separate area of the property with Bedroom, Bathroom and small living room.

You will also have access to a car and will ideally be a driver due to the location. There is the potential for accommodation to be available in London.
